❄️ Gonzales Family – Inclement Weather Reminder ❄️

As always, SFPS works hard to make weather-related decisions by 6:00 AM so our Gonzales families and Lobos can plan their morning smoothly.
If a 2-hour delay is called, any decision to move to a full snow day will be made by 8:00 AM.

To stay in the loop, be sure to check these trusted sources:

🔹 SFPS Website & App – Visit the homepage and scroll to the Live Feed for real-time updates
🔹 SchoolMessenger – Receive direct text notifications
🔹 Local News – Tune in to TV & radio stations
🔹 Social Media – Follow us on Facebook & Instagram for fast alerts
🔹 SFPS Weather Hotline – 505-467-3541

💙 Important Update for 2nd Semester 💙

As we move into the new semester, a few changes are being made to help keep our building clean, safe, and running smoothly for everyone.

🚫 Beginning 2nd Semester, outside food and drinks — including items like Starbucks and energy drinks — will no longer be allowed inside the building.
🍎 Students should plan to bring their lunch with them each morning, as food deliveries (DoorDash, UberEats, etc.) will not be accepted.
🎉 This does not include planned classroom snacks or treats for events and birthdays — those are still welcome when coordinated with your child’s teacher!

We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we work together to maintain a positive and healthy environment for all our students. 💫
